CRM Strategist

Linz or Vienna | Marketing | Full-time | COVID-19 remote


As a strong member of our innovative CRM team, you will define the direction of our customer loyalty program’s CRM communication, enhance existing and outline new messaging journeys.
In order to fully maximize the engagement of our users and strengthen our relationship with them in a fast-paced environment, you’ll identify key improvement areas of our communication channels and CRM software capabilities. You will also be the bridge to our Product Marketing team to identify opportunities which will drive engagement and retention.


You’ll contribute by:


  • Shaping the team’s CRM strategy by initiating and implementing messaging improvements together with our customer engagement platform provider
  • Working closely with the Head of CRM to define quarterly goals and the yearly CRM roadmap
  • Fine-tuning business goals and prioritisation with Product Marketing Managers
  • Setting up, monitoring, and analyzing multi-channel marketing campaigns to boost user engagement
  • Working closely with Data Analysts to make data-driven improvements in the user lifecycle journey
  • Managing resource capacity, outlining and improving processes and team effectiveness
  • Leading key projects for Strategic Initiatives and CRM Innovation
  • Mentoring more junior team members
  • Looking out for new opportunities to improve our channels and drive innovation


What makes you the right match:


  • 5+ years of practical experience in CRM campaign journey management as well as with email and mobile messaging
  • Track record in working with omni-channel customer engagement platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Emarsys or Braze)
  • Experience in project management; ideally in a digital environment
  • Ability to write effective problem statements and business/impact estimations in a high quality
  • Strong communication skills as well as a creative and user-oriented attitude
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and mobile/digital trends
  • Degree in Business Administration, (Digital) Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent English skills


Salary Information

And here’s the fine print: Our salary range starts at EUR 49,000 gross annually (based on a 38.5 hours working week). Your actual offer depends on your skill set and experience.
